NETAND was honored with the 'Customer Satisfaction Award' in the cybersecurity category at the 'Security Awards Korea 2024' ceremony held on the 23rd, hosted by the Security Awards Korea Committee.

The 'Security Awards Korea 2024' recognizes individuals and companies that have significantly contributed to the development of the security industry through outstanding management and product competitiveness in 2024. Award categories include the Grand Prize, Industry Leadership Award, Technology Innovation Award, Sustainability Award, Customer Satisfaction Award, and Co-Growth Award, with winners selected through a rigorous screening process.

Jeongho Bae, Vice President of NETAND, expressed his gratitude, stating, "We are truly honored to receive the Customer Satisfaction Award at this year's Security Awards Korea 2024. This award is particularly meaningful as it recognizes our industry's perseverance during challenging times and acknowledges the efforts of manufacturers like us in developing valuable solutions." Meanwhile, 'The Security Festa 2024' featured various events, including the 'CISO Grand Prize' ceremony, which recognized outstanding Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) of the year, the 'Global Security TOP 100' certification, highlighting the top 100 companies with notable achievements in physical and cybersecurity, and the 'Security Awards Korea' ceremony, celebrating security companies with the best results in each category.

NETAND recently made a meaningful donation to the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation to support the “Warm Child” campaign. This initiative provides essential heating equipment, winter clothing, and energy subsidies to vulnerable children and energy-poor households during Korea’s harsh winter season.

Through this contribution, NETAND aims to help children in need overcome the challenges of the cold winter. NETAND's CEO emphasized, “We will continue to take part in meaningful social contribution activities to create a brighter future for children.”

In addition to this campaign, NETAND has been actively involved in various social responsibility initiatives, including donations to childcare and disability facilities and participation in community volunteer programs.

This latest donation aligns with NETAND’s broader commitment to ESG management, demonstrating the company’s dedication to supporting underprivileged communities and fostering sustainable growth.

To support the independence of individuals with severe developmental disabilities, NETAND (CEO Shin Ho-Chul), a leading provider of integrated access control and account management solutions, has taken a step further in practicing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management by donating funds to Haeoreum’s House, an institution dedicated to supporting the lives and independence of people with severe developmental disabilities. The donation ceremony was held at NETAND’s headquarters in Yeouido, with the attendance of Kim Jong-Soo, Director of Haeoreum’s House, Han Ki-Ryeong, Secretary-General, and Kim Eun-Kyung, Resource Development Officer.

Supporting Independence and Improving Living Environments

Haeoreum’s House provides tailored care and diverse experiences for its residents, creating a foundation for their independence. NETAND’s donation, part of its ESG management efforts aimed at fostering shared growth with the local community, was supported by NETAND’s partner companies, amplifying its significance. The funds will be utilized for Haeoreum’s programs supporting the independence of individuals with disabilities and improving their living environments. This initiative is expected to enhance human rights, safety, and the quality of life for people with disabilities, while driving positive change in the local community.

Kim Jong-Soo, Director of Haeoreum’s House, expressed gratitude, stating, “We deeply appreciate NETAND’s warm support and interest. The donation will be invaluable in supporting the independence of residents and improving their living conditions.”
